2. You are ready to create a profile with us. This step is CRITICAL, without a profile, our system will not accept your application for any of our exciting career opportunities! Your FREE profile can be completed on the home page of our website. You can upload as many as three different resumes in word.doc format. Please be sure to answer the Questionnaire – this questionnaire is presented to each potential employer and can be customized to each opportunity you apply for. Now, you are ready to apply for all of our exciting opportunities that are of interest to you!

3. Please know that the Privacy Act protects you and your information. It is absolutely illegal for any type of search firm to distribute your documents without your prior permission. We present you once we have a successful criteria match and your approval to do so.

4. Watch your email in box for our bi-weekly newsletter. It includes the most recent career postings, networking and newsworthy events, along with information on our Career Search Seminar. This well-received lunchtime seminar assists candidates in their career transition and job search. Please register for this seminar, and you will receive a great introduction to us! 5. Check the Career Postings on the Prominent Personnel site weekly. When you see a posting you are interested in, please apply!  Should you be a great fit for that opportunity, we will give you the particulars and requirements of that position. You will then have a chance to perform your due diligence on the company to ensure you are interested in being presented to them. Once we have your permission to proceed, we will do so.  

After we have presented your profile, we MUST wait for feedback from our client. Please know that some files have been open for up to nine months, depending on what our client company is experiencing in the marketplace.  Due to the volume of inquiries we receive, we regret that we are not able to respond to all inquiries.  We will ALWAYS communicate with you, should you be the successful candidate.

6. Should we be successful in placing you with a company, you are eligible to receive a placement bonus that will be determined at the time the file closes. You will be paid 50% of the bonus once our invoice is paid and the remaining 50% will be paid at the end of your guarantee period. REMEMBER - if you contact our client directly prior to presentation, we will not be able to present you and the placement bonus will be void.
